This notice explains how we handle inquiries made through our public website. Please use the secure Client Portal, not the contact form, for tax documents, employee records or other confidential client information.
Information you provide
When you send an inquiry, we store your name, email address, selected area of interest and message, together with a request reference and submission time. Our system also records the request status and administrative review activity, and uses technical checks to limit duplicate submissions and abuse. The form does not accept file attachments.
How we use your inquiry
GND Master Admin users can review your request in a restricted queue and use the contact information you provide to respond about a demo or services. Client-business users cannot access this queue. Sending the form does not create a portal account, start a subscription or subscribe you to marketing emails. The inquiry form does not send your message to an AI processing service.
Storage and technical services
Inquiries are stored in GND's application database. Hosting and infrastructure services process information needed to operate and secure the website, which can include request logs and network information. Authorized backups may contain stored inquiries. Client Portal documents and business records have separate access and retention controls; this website notice does not replace those controls.
Questions and requests
To ask about an inquiry, correct your contact details or request removal, contact GND at info@gndfinserv.com or 945-213-4432. Include your request reference if available. We may need to verify your identity before discussing or changing a stored request.
